AT THE BEGINNING THERE WAS ALUMINIUM
That´s right, aluminium. It all started with the idea of selling aluminium foil to crafters.
When Max Bringmann launched his retail business in 1965 with a workforce of three, no one could possibly have imagined that the name "folia" would be inspiring people all over the world to start crafting a few decades later.
Today, folia is still a family-owned business with more than 200 employees and the European market leader in the crafting and DIY segment.
Much has changed over the past decades. What has remind unchanged is the company´s passion for crafting and it´s ambition of continuing to inspire young and old with quality products in future.
